Sometimes where there is a reputational crisis, some investigatory work may be appropriate.

Where complaints or allegations are being made about your business as an employer, it may be appropriate to bring in investigatory services on a third-party basis, as often employees will consider that internal HR or Legal departments will be partisan, or fear giving frank answers.

In this case, Scrivener Associates provide entirely neutral investigators to take internal statements; producing  a report on our findings, which are entirely anonymous to those to have provided the information.  

In other cases where complaints or allegations are being made about your business by aggrieved third parties, it may be appropriate to undertake investigatory work into those third parties, to check on authenticity. In particular, this can be the case where legal action is being considered. In these cases, our work is covert, and we will provide you with an independent report on our findings.
